"Our family had a fantastic week at the Queen of Cozumel. We woke up to the most beautiful view from our bedroom that we just had to lay there and admire it for a while: a perfect white sand beach with cushy lounge chairs under palm trees looking out over every shade of blue in the Carribean. We had such a great time playing with our kids and grandkids in the sand, in the ocean, and in the pool.The sunset views from our dinner table on the upper deck will stick with us for a long while! "House was very nice and exactly as described. House was very clean and the owner was very responsive. Would stay here again. "

"Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. "We absolutely loved our stay in this house. There are many houses here and this was right up front by the pool and the beach. We had 6 adults and 5 little kids and all fit perfectly. The large dining table was so nice to have big family dinners. We hired Karla to cook for us two nights and it was delicious! "Simply paradise. Just a few steps from the beach with a great swimming pool and amenities. Internet was a concern, but you’re on vacation right? Mario, our host while in town was perfect! One evening we asked that he prepare dinner and he was happy to oblige. Will definitely be back!"

"Casa Real was the perfect place for myself, husband and 3 young adult children to spread out. Enough beds and bathrooms for everyone to have their own. The house is very clean and having the housekeeper come every day was a huge help. She was very sweet and respectful of us when we were still in the house. "This was our first time not staying at an all inclusive resort and we don’t plan on ever going back to an all inclusive. The rooms were great and comfortable the pool and beach access amazing. The maid service was incredible and the personal chef was top of the line. The host helped arrange all of the chef services, a boat ride to Cielo, swimming with dolphins, in house massages and transport to the airport. We will definitely be staying again. "

"O Hotel se encontra em condições adequadas e relativamente conservado. Porém, não é realmente All Inclusive: ao chegar, descobrimos ter uma categoria superior e diversas opções pagas à parte (incluindo um coco de 8 usd). Além disso, não contam com um cardápio para as bebibas em nenhum dos bares. O restaurante buffet tem uma comida ok, porém a variedade do buffet deixa a desejar. Estrutura de praia e piscina são bem bacanas, contando com guarda sois e cadeiras suficientes, ao menos em baixa temporada. A piscina de adultos não conta com tantas opções. Especial menção ao restaurante especial de frutos do mar, o qual tinha a equipe mais cordial e gentil do hotel, Veronica, Freddy e Christian, foram muito além de seus colegas."

"Hotel fica a 1.7 km do porto. Muito bem localizado. Instalações não são novas porém todas muito funcionais. A comida não é sofisticada mas é muito boa e variada, nota dez. O custo benefício do resort é excelente. Serviço muito atencioso e cordeal. Limpeza do quarto é excelente."
