"The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff."

"This year I spent the winter solstice soaking in a hot tub in peaceful silence and perfect darkness. The only sound was the patter of rain on the leaves, which continued on the roof of my cozy cabin facing a perfect little stream. The air here is so clean and the river access is pretty good even for older folks. My wife and I found the host Emkay was quite lovely and communicative and has gone to great lengths to create a tranquil and safe space with lots of quirky personal touches. "

"We were in the South Bay for a wedding at Nestledown and didn't want to make the drive back home after festivities. This cabin is indeed cute, definitely tucked into the forest, and couldn't be any more convenient for the wedding venue unless it was literally on site. Host was quick to respond and place was tidy and comfortable."

"Spent a nice weekend with family. Plenty of room and sleeping arrangements for our guests. Great view of the ocean"

"We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly."

"The location of the property everything was lovely. My only concern was the furniture was not comfortable. It’s staging furniture. There’s no longevity sitting ? Not comfortable other than that it a nice property suggestions, comfortable couch and a chair for television watching sitting to be visiting . "

"This was a surprising, but enjoyable stay. We were looking for an option other than a hotel. The location is easy to find, instructions to enter your room are easy to follow, security is a plus, and the room was a nice, respite from our daily activities. The suite includes the best rainshower and tub combo, a small kitchenette, and a separate toilet with sink area. The armoire allows you to put your traveling items away. The room was vintage pretty and the bed was comfortable."

"This was our first time using Vrbo and Ray made the experience great. Ray is very responsive and helpful. The house is well furnished and clean. The house is a little hidden which we liked. I definitely recommend this house."

"Even though the room was small (310 sqft) , it was well optimized with a small kitchen. Building was very new. Internet was spotty with frequent drops in connection. Laundry and gym were good. Payment for parking is a bit of a drag. Location of the property next to Santana row and valley fair is great. Vta stop next to the property is a huge advantage. But no groceries in walking distance."

"We were in town for a family wedding, and the property served our needs nicely. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the beach and a small community of restaurants, bars and Marianne's ice cream within an easy walking distance. "

"This place is in the perfect spot - right near beautiful beaches and a fun beach town. The house is nice and clean and loaded with goodies. The owner/manager communicated well. We would definitely stay again."

"Overall our stay was very nice. The only thing we had an issue with was the barbeque... it didn't work at all. When I messaged the host about it she stated to switch out the propane tanks but they were both empty, not to mention the unit was very old and overflowing grease from the bottom that stained the concrete.A neighbor was kind enough to let us use their charcoal barbeque for our stay when she noticed how difficult of a time that we were having with ours. "

Ótimo hotel

"Ótimo hotel dentro do padrão da rede. Próximo ao aeroporto e com transfers regulares. O transfer do aeroporto ao hotel é mais complicado porque temos que fazer uma ligação pedindo a van. Como não temos número nos Estados Unidos preferimos usar o Uber. O hotel fica bem perto do aeroporto. Café da manhã simples e bom."
