"We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. "The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location, although the carpark is very small and was fully occupied by the time I arrived. Customers using the hotel restaurant. Public parking is nearby at £1 a night. The room was very clean and well presented, however some of the furniture is rather tired looking. There's a good choice of quality tea, coffee biscuits and bottled water in the room. I'm very happy with my stay. Sadly I had to leave early and missed the breakfast. "

"The accommodation were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. My only suggestion for improvement is regarding the dining options. I thoroughly enjoyed the delightful breakfast, but it would be wonderful if the restaurant and bar remained open for a longer period. Having them close at 6 PM required me to venture into the nearest town for dinner, which was less than ideal. "

"Love the location and the old charm, the staff is obsoletely phenomenal, the pub menu is very good. service is fast and friendly. The room was clean and nice but black mold in the bathroom sealing and in the closet made my stay unpleasant. it's not just unhealthy but could be an indicator to a neglect by the owner"

"Great location, convenient public car park out the back of the property. Inside space felt comfortable and fresh and the room was perfectly comfortable. Our only issue was a constant, loud hum (imagine a loud fridge) which persisted all night, though this didn't bother my husband, I barely slept. Other friends who stayed in other rooms had no issue so I think we were just very unlucky with our room (no. 12) which seemed to have a vent of some kind right outside the window. "Room was comfortable. Plenty towels and shampoo etc. Good food. Reception staff helpful. Lovely view of the Thames. Could do with hooks behind the door to hang coats on and a few coat hangers in the wardrobe! Inside of cupboard, very dusty."

"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we found Danni and her family very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all very much and we will definitely return. "

"Very good rooms. Nicely presented, modern but in keeping with the building. Great facilities and all you need. Great shower and bathroom. The only thing is there is no guide as to things like Wi-Fi codes etc and it’s difficult to find info without asking. Overall good stay and great price close to Oxford."
