"We had a wonderful time at this property. We had 32 people ranging in age from 10 months to 68. There was plenty of space. The kids all enjoyed the play area and the adults all enjoyed the time together while the kids were playing. The one thing we noticed was the noise. (but I am pretty sure that had a lot to do with the fun our grandkids were having."

"We had 28 women staying at the house for a retreat. The back yard, deck, and kitchen area were great for large gatherings. The private beach doesn't have as much sand as the north or the south shores. It's a bit marshy. We worried a bit about the bunk room. We did have some women trade places because they were a little claustrophobic. "My wife and I sponsor a mini vacation annually for our 4 children, their partners, and our 7 grandchildren. I've been wanting to stay in the Bear Lake area for several years. This property was ideal with enough space for us all and so many ways to have fun. I overheard one of my sons-in-law say to my other son-in-law, "We're spoiled." "The house was clean and ideal for our large group. The beds were soft! We loved that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The game room was fantastic! "Our cozy room was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, tastefully decorated and in impeccable condition. The “towel-igami” was a small but thoughtful touch that added to the charm. The breakfast area was well stocked with the standard selections. The entrance to the property was a little tricky to find at night, but on the flip side, it’s set back enough from Main Street to minimize traffic noise. We will stay here again."
