Pegase, nice apartment of 36 m², invites you to discover a lively Norman seaside town! Ideally located at 700 m from the beach and the city center of Courseulles-sur-mer, you can do everything on foot.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.

- Beautiful and bright living room thanks to its large French window. The living room includes a sitting area with a good quality double sofa bed, armchair, TV. The dining area has a table and two chairs.

You will be able to stroll to the market 2 times a week and to the fish market every morning.
