"Tranquility at its finest. The rooms have been slightly updated. But its an old property. It has history and just takes the right kind of people to appreciate it. Staff were great all around. Beach was private and had seating available for those who wished to soak up the sun and sand. Onsite bar stayed lit. Nightly live music. Food was great as well. Bar attendant was heavy-handed for sure. Overall, I'd certainly return and highly recommend to others seeking to enjoy peace, quiet, potent drinks...

"The price needs to be considered when reviewing this hotel since the price is reasonable for the location. Yes, it is dated and a bit run down, but the apparently new owners are working on the place. The location is perfect, especially if you don’t want to rent a car, since the beach is beautiful and clean and all the amenities of town are a few quick ferry-ride minutes away. "I liked how the property had a huge historical background. I also liked how it was a short walk to many shops and restraunts. The stairs only was a little tough, and the shower had some water pressure issues but it was expected for an old building."
