"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

Dining room perfect for our buffet, the oldies loved chilling in the large comfortable living area. The pool table was agreat hig, and tbe large well equipped kitchen becane our bar area. "We had a fantastic time in Sues converted barn. Sue had arranged a perfect welcome with brownies and a starter package with toast, jam and marmelade, milk and butter. "Property was lovely, communication excellent. It would just take a couple of things for a 5 star ie two big towels as two people staying, additional toilet roll, kitchen to have more utensils. The listing really should mention the tv is almost impossible as the wifi signal is bad and maybe have some games or puzzles available as we were not aware the tv would just buffer constantly.. "This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. The advert does not do this place justice, it was above and beyond our expectations and we shall be back "

"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "
