"Very friendly and helpful staff - nothing too much trouble. Location is close to Eurotunnel. Parking lots are good size and the parking area is secure with fencing and locked gates. Whilst there is no restaurant in the hotel the restaurant next door is good for dinner with various options and children menus too. Dogs are accepted in the hotel and the next door restaurant. Ideal for an overnight stay when taking Le Shuttle."

"This is a great hotel, and the perfect jumping off point for people using the Eurotunnel. Lovely clean room, breakfast caters for all sorts and starts really early. Can eat evening meal in the restaurant too, but we didn't this time. Staff are friendly and polite. Will earmark this one for next year!"

"We found this to be a lovely hotel only a short walk to the town centre and sea front. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Car parking was unclear - there was clearly car parking at the hotel as we saw it in use but were advised we had to park on the street. It wasn’t a problem when we stayed but I can imagine it being difficult in high season"

"Friendly staff on reception, and quick check-in. However, as other reviews mention, the bedroom block is not directly connected to the reception, and the door is always open, not making it feel very secure. The hallways and stairs have filthy carpet. Inside the room, the odour was bad, but it was clean (floor, linens and towels). I think the place needs a deep clean in communal areas, and the security could be addressed - but the cleaning staff do their best with the rooms. "

"Très jolie vue sur le port du Tréport, à quelques pas de Mer les Bains. La chambre est propre et calme.Le restaurant a une ambiance chaleureuse et un service parfait (soupe de poisson délicieux). Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et adapté à tous les goûts(sucré, salé). Je vous le conseille pour un séjour en baie Somme. "
