Second night was a little warm, however a fan is already provided in the room and this sorted the very minor inconvenience out straight away. The breakfast included is excellent and worth coming for alone, also parking passes make a huge difference as Brighton can be expensive in that regard. Overall a fantastic place to stay, would happily return. "
