"The adult side did not have a tub in the room at the Hideaway Royalton in Jamaica and Expedia made it seem as if they had the tub / jacuzzi in the room. The view wasn't an ocean view. The rooms was very small and the glass in the shower was not as clean. The sensors for the air conditioner was not working properly. "From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the smiling faces of the staff. They were extremely accommodating in every aspect, and very respectful. The property itself is extremely well kept! Everywhere we went, there was some form of cleaning taking place (landscaping, sanitizing, and painting included). The room was beautiful and clean. The food and entertainment at Grand Palladium were my absolute favorite things (apart from the spectacular views of course)! We are definitely going back!"

"The property layout is great. Its not a huge resort so easy to get around. No shuttle required onsite. The staff is kind of friendly but that is expected of Jamaica being on “island time” all year round lol. The steak house is to be avoided. We waited for 1.5 hours for food to arrive and just ended up leaving to go to the buffet. The night entertainment was amazing with lots of dancer performers and acrobats for Sat and Sun night. "
