"We loved the location. Close to the beach and lighthouse. Lots of critters in the tide pools. Plenty of wind and a little sun. We saw some Redwoods about 10 minutes away. Home was in great shape. A few little repairs needed here and there, but nothing that affects the functionality of the place. Loved having a home base so close to the action."
