"1.先到大廳報到，店員會給水休息，再帶去別館的房間。 2.人員會聯繫，也會貼心說走哪條路。 3.房間離鬧區有段距離，要走樓梯，但晚上安靜，早上風景好。 4.房間乾淨，有飲水機。 5.覺得浴室照明可再亮一點，增加放置物品的架子。"

We message to advise we would be arriving before the check in time and if we could leave our luggage whist the room was being prepared and we were invited to come when ready. The room was ready and the host even suggested some local attractions.
