"Great location in the ‘bohemian’ neighbourhood with lots of eateries and convenience stores, very easy and safe to walk around. Lovely welcome from the receptionist who allowed me to check in a little earlier due to my early flight. Very comfortable room with good facilities. Breakfast buffet ($275mxn) offers a great selection. Room for improvement: breakfast advertised as starting at 7am doesn’t mean they are ready to receive guests. I arrived at about 7:05am and the staff were welcoming although not prepared. Despite this they were hospitable and attentive. On day two, I arrived at around 7:15am and they were still setting up. This time, less welcoming and attentive, probably influenced by the miserable face ‘greeting’ you as enter. The disco soundtrack was playing again, which is a lively way to start the day. However, the music was coming at me through my right ear, but I had to ask the happy lady at the front desk to turn off the sound from the TV above my head showing Stuart Little; the sound had been muted when I arrived but for some reason, she decided I also wanted the TV blasting at me through my left ear. The ‘greeter’ would also benefit from covering her mouth or wearing a mask when coughing, especially where food is being served. We all have bad days, and I assume this was hers."

"Nossa estadia foi razoável. Os funcionários sao muito bonzinhos e atenciosos. As areas externas e os jardins bem cuidados. Mas me parece que quando fazemos reservas pelo Hoteis.com o hotel sempre nos da’ os piores quartos. Parece que eles priorizam os melhores quartos para aqueles que fazem a reserva diretamente com eles embora paguemos o mesmo preço. Nosso quarto tinha problemas de vazamento, mal cheio de esgoto e e encontramos insetos mortos que ficaram no mesmo lugar mesmo depois da limpeza diária. Não e um hotel que eu voltaria pelas seguintes razoes: as toalhas do quarto sao muito velhas e não enxugam direito. O quanto que ficamos tinha mal cheiro pois estava perto da rede de esgotos. Nos viajamos com famílias e criança pequena. O piso ao redor da piscina infantil não e’ adequado para crianças pois se caíssem podiam se machucar. O buffet do único restaurante que abre para o almoço tinha a mesma comida todos os dias com uma pequena variação de um ou dois items. Para quem ficou uma semana como nos o restaurante deixou muito a desejar com a mesma comida todos os dias. As opções para jantar eram muito demoradas no atendimento. Para se conseguir uma cadeira de praia era preciso levantar muito cedo para ir colocar a toalha para reservar o assento senão não tinha lugar disponível na hora que chegávamos. As cadeiras de praia não tem guarda sol, se quiser se proteger um pouco tem que alugar guarda sol de uma pessoa que passa vendendo. Enfim, não e’ um hotel que voltarei. "
