"Do not know where to start. WE PREPAID when we registered, but the owner said we needed to make another full. There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. "We found out last minute that Expedia had overbooked the property so we were left without accommodations for multiple hours on each day. Luxury Atitlan did its ultimate best to accommodate our stay. We would love to hear back from Expedia as we were forced to move on four separate occasions. One particular night was completely off-site and was not comparable to what the nightly cost was. "

"If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. "It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."

"I am glad I found this little place. Not so close to the hustle and bustle of the centre of Antigua. Walking distance is quite feasible, and the shuttle is available and very accommodating. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and always ready to assist you in any way they can. The host, Ria, is just amazing. She went out of her way to make this stay an amazing experience. For a first timer in Guatemala for a longer stay than usual, this place was for me a nest away from home....

"I like the fact that it's quiet ,small, place. Personalized service, Good size of room , spacious closet and bathroom. I also like the breakfast menu . Isabel is a loving person. I didn’t like the fact that, there isn’t AC. Or ceiling fan or portable fan, it was hot during the day and evening hours. The water flow it’s low. The shower head it’s too close to the wall. Other than that. I will stay again in my next visit."

"I am a solo traveller, 65 years old. This unit was a nice, comfortable, safe and a convienent place to stay. I walked everywhere. The rental was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were bright white and thick. The only less than positive things l will mention was that l thought l had a massage scheduled, but that never panned out. "The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. The place was well-equipped with amenities such as high-speed WiFi, 3 tvs, hair dryer, hot water, and shampoo and conditioner. The washer and dryer were a nice touch even if we didn’t need to use them. Would definitely stay again!"

"Definitely surprised about this beautiful loft that reminded me of Lisbon, Portugal! Every corner had so many curated details. Art, comfort, luxury and convenience! The housekeeper was very kind and helped me throughout my brief stay! Definitely coming back soon! I recommend this for single people or small groups. I’d only add an automatic garage door! "We stay at the Penthouse. It's the main building of the bungalows. Rooftop with a small pool, 2nd floor with a full room and bathroom, and 1st floor with full kitchen. It has its own garden and pool. It's a beautifull place and is very relaxing having all the space just for you. "

"When the reservation was made the property represented that it had air conditioning throughout, including the kitchen and living room. Upon arrival we discovered this was false. We notified the owner, and he offered a partial refund. He said it would not be possible to provide the air conditioning that was represented in his listing. "Ótimo hotel, muito bem localizado e muito confortável. Umas das poucas opções em Antígua com ar condicionado. O quarto é pequeno, mas muito confortável e limpo. O banheiro é espetacular, amplo e com ótimo chuveiro. O café da manhã tem várias opções e uma vista linda no terraço do hotel. Fica próximo à praça, bancos e comércio. Adoramos a estadia! "
