I asked to change but still they would like to charge. I had to call to Hotels to change it. Breakfast was normal and never changed each day. "Nice old hotel, Very central. Quite a lot of traffic noise. Bar and cafeteria not open. But enough to choose from across the street. Nice old fashioned room with balcony. "
