"The property is beautiful. We love staying a night and having several dining choices without having to leave the hotel. The food is always good and the staff are always top notch. The only thing I don’t like is there isn’t a convenient place to plug in electronics by the bed at night. The outlet is behind the bed."

"Have to wait aprox 15 min for pool towels every day . Room safe did not work and sink drain was very slow . After mentioning to front desk no one ever showed up to fix . Pool area and grounds are beautiful.. beach access is great. "

"Such a fun and clean property, lots to do with the family. Room was nice, but a bit outdated and run down but sufficient. Pool is great, and the gift shop sells snacks and Starbucks coffee with was nice. Spacious lobby with plenty of seating areas and a bar. Cafe buffet was okay, had variety but not many healthy options. There is also an ice cream-pizza shop but I did not try. The pyramids were great, especially the rainforest. "
