"Um hotel que não merecia 4 estrelas, má higiene, falta de manutenção, casas de banhos velhas que quase é impossível tomar banho, comida quase todos os dias iguais , não repõe as toalhas, mesmo indo a recepção parecem que gozam com a cara de uma pessoa. Na pensão completa não se tem direito a bebidas, está plataforma podia avisar, e mesmo sendo a parte eles demoram a entregar as bebidas, muito mal organizado os colaboradores do restaurante. E preparem-se para as longas filas para comer no...

"Very average hotel, with VERY old style. Urgently needs a renovation. I think that the staff if the best thing the hotel has, since they are friendly and helpful. But, once again... I cannot undestand a hotel of this size and importance in Agadir... being SO OLD. Something needs to be done urgently, if they do not want to lose customers. Ohhh... Internet is only available in th Lobby for free. Should upgrade it to the rooms also. Sometime to work, I need privicy. I think there are better...

" sir manager my experience at the dunes dor hotel in agadir the receptionist received me coldly and impersonally not even a welcome!!! At lunch I arrived around 2pm. everything is already running out without replacement!!! "The overall stay was very good. We reuested to have the room changed as it was not clean and dirty and had a smell to it as its not been cleaned, also gave us twin beds when we requested for a double. The new room was a massive improvement and met our needs."
