"My husband and I , son , daughter , son-in-law, 13 yr old, 9 yr old granddaughters really enjoyed the place. It was a beautiful location. Rooms for everyone . Loved the terraces. Great area to relax with some wine, etc. Great restaurants next to Villa . 30 minute walk to Serrento . No problem getting taxis either. Minor inconveniences: no a/c - we only had 1 night where it was a little uncomfortable, otherwise it was bareable with ceiling fans. There is a washing machine but no dryer, we used...

"What a beautiful home provided by Francesca, very clean, awesome view, and, Francesca and her home brought us fresh fruits, vegetables from their garden….The only thing I would encourage is to let people know that there is no parking on the premises( unless you have a tiny car or scooter), because you have to walk up a steep grade to get in…Other than a miscommunication( we were all very tired), the night of our check-in, it was a phenomenal location and Francesca was very hospitable "

"Our large group utilized the entire villa. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the rooftop terrace. The villa is in a quiet area. A little walk down the street for waterside restaurants or pastries and coffee in the morning. And the walk up the street, it is easier than it looks, to the Seiano station makes it easy to get to Sorrento. We enjoyed our stay and Fabio was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with insights about the neighborhood."
