"Front desk was very helpful! One of the floorboards (laminate wood in room) was loose and stubbed my toe real bad. Comforter had some holes in it. Felt secure (24/7 surveillance) and the bathroom had a tub/shower and was very large and spacious which was awesome. Great place to come back to and crash, but not the coziest if you’re spending any length of time in your room."

"We were greeted at the counter by a woman who said she doesn't even work at the hotel, and then we were told she couldn't accept our online reservation. The hotel owner refused to give us a room unless we paid by the day, so he could get the non-discounted pay.
