"This is our second time staying at this house. We love the location and the house is perfect for a small group of family or friends. Sauna and hot tub are bonuses!! Walking distance to great restaurants, golf course, museum, etc. You can walk a little over a mile to the aquarium (great trail along the water) and also not far from 17 mile drive. "We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Santa Barbara shops & restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. My only complaint is that, despite a hefty cleaning fee, guests are expected to strip the beds, collect the linens and empty the trash before leaving. Seems like an unnecessary nuisance, especially since some of us had early flights, so had to get up extra early to do the housework.We had 7 adults in our group and there was room for all of us, and...

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable (especially the beds!!!), and conveniently located.
