"The property was exactly as described. but there are a couple of minor draw backs to it Firstly because of the location you lose the sun between 4 and 5 in the afternoon. This may suit you if you don't want the evening sun secondly there are only single beds (as advertised) there is a double quilt and sheets but no mattress topper, so you can pull the beds together but there is still a gap. It would be nice to have the option of making up a double bed. the actual location is on the side of...

"This was our second stay at this apartment. We cannot fault the space, quality and location of it. Kevin and his manager Chrissy are good communicators and are really helpful and quick to respond if you encounter a problem. We will return and recommend to others. "

"Stayed there for a tennis competition - 10 mins walk to the courts - 1 bedroom which had 2 singles -- would have liked a double bed , as needed to stretch out after long matches. Everything was nice without being wow - shower was lovely but no bath--TV set up mainly non English channels but a week without TV for not a bad thing. Everything was clean tidy and all the basics that you would need and catered for my early check in."

"Ample apartment with good facilities. No one on site. Difficult to access. You are supposed to get a form to checkin online and then you get a code to open the doors. They claimed they did not get my email and phone from Expedia. They refused to let me access my unit to connect my computer and complete the checkin. In the end we drove to thier offices and they completed the paperwork. The locks with codes are not user friendly. In the end someone arrived and let us in. "

"Fantastic holiday spent here. Location is close to the beach and 525 Strip. Only a few minutes walk and you are within reach of everything you coukd want. Plenty of bars, restaurants, beach walks, supermarkets, taxi & bus stop. Apartments very safe and secure and well maintained. "Overall a perfect stay. The apartment freshly painted including the hall and stairs clean fresh and crisp. Check in instructions were late by about 40 minutes and when we got in to the property none of the apartments were numbered. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going.
