"Very nice property. It was surprising how quiet the interior was with it being right on a main road. The only dips were the water dispenser and the ice maker in the freezer not working and the upstairs could use a better air conditioner. The bathroom window upstairs wouldn't stay open so we could let the cooler evening air blow through. Other than that, very nice and comfortable to be at and base out of for a few days."

"Immaculate home. We kind of liked the trip through the unoccupied children's play room to the bathroom! The washer and dryer was very convenient. Easy to get to Mesa Verde National Park or Cortez. Loved our stay."

"Pretty cottage but had some safety issues. Porch had multiple loose/broken boards, as did the stairs leading up in to the house. Heating was sporadic. But we did enjoy the wildlife and views of the lake. "

"Very homey -- the hosts left homemade cookies and honey for us. Clean and spacious. The home is nicely decorated and well-maintained. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set on the nearby mountain. We saw a fox in the back yard one morning. He had a great time and we'll be back!"

"Apartment was very clean and everything was new/updated. For being a fold out bed, it was very comfy and spacious. The cost for what you get is great and the location you cant beat."

"My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while we explored the Four Corners area. The location, accommodations, the hosts, and the proximity to all the Four Corners has to offer could not have been better. We cannot imagine a better place to stay. "

"Our stay in this lovely home was excellent. It was located far away enough from town and the major highways to avoid any excessive traffic or city noises, yet is was just a few minutes away from the town of Cortez and all the wonderful restaurants and other shopping opportunities. We tried half a dozen of the local eateries over the course of our 6-day stay and we weren't disappointed by any of them. This quaint little home had a beautiful yard and was a great jumping-off point for visiting...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great place to relax after a busy day exploring. Check-in was so easy and we were able to check in early. Everything was clean and comfortable. We got just a peek at life on a working ranch, there was always something going on but they were never too busy to answer a question or visit for a while. We were close to town for restaurants and fun but far enough out to enjoy the peace and beauty. I’d stay here again!"
