Poco Loco has recently been updated with new bathroom showers, fresh paint, furniture and stylish coastal décor carried throughout. You are greeted by a fun orange door and a patio seating area that welcomes you inside to the open living room which boasts a large plush sectional seating with matching accent chairs, made for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. This area also accommodates a place to play a competitive game of shuffleboard. The large wood and glass dining table provides seating for six consisting of four chairs and a bench. Extra seating is available for four at the breakfast bar. The full kitchen is equipped with black and stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, tile backsplash, drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils to meet your cooking needs. There is also a half bath under the stairwell to serve the first floor. Upstairs past the modern cable railing, you will come to the master bedroom (BR1) consisting of a Queen size bed with under storage, closet, nightstands, bench, wall-mounted TV and roman shades for privacy. The en-suite bathroom is made up of a vanity and a tile walk-in shower with dual rain heads. The kids will love the second bedroom (BR2) which contains a set of custom-built Full over Full bunk beds, a wall-mounted TV and a heavy sliding wood door to block out any noises. The last guest bedroom (BR3) features a Queen bed with under-storage, closet, nightstands and a wall-mounted TV. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom which includes a vanity a tile shower. For your convenience, the washer/dryer unit is tucked neatly in the hall closet upstairs next to the hall bathroom for use during your stay. The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 8 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. There is a large shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables and shared charcoal grills for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Approximately 0.5 miles to the beach, 0.8 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife.
