The location can't be beat, right off of 11th Street, just a few blocks to the beach! This is where the beachgoers stay! You can be on the beach within 5 minutes from Sun' Beach. Parking is no problem here - easily park 4-5 vehicles, depending on size. Although boat parking is allowed, the driveway is too steep to for boat parking.
Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.
The garage offers a fun space with a ping pong table, and some beach toys, and has a pass through to the back yard space with a covered patio and 2nd staircase up to the back deck to enjoy a gulf glimpse! Yes, you can spot the gulf from this back deck and from the master suite. Enjoy the sea breeze and hear the waves.
You'll want to jump right in the pool when you arrive as it welcomes you curbside at Sun' Beach! Enjoy loungers and plenty of seating around the pool area. The Sun' Beach pool is much larger than most pools in Port A, so 10 can easily enjoy the pool.

Upstairs has a front deck (perfect for morning coffee and sunrise views) that opens into a large living area, spacious dining and kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked for the cooks; everything you need to prep, cook, serve, and dine is waiting for you! The dining area opens up to the back deck upstairs, another great outdoor space and this one offers the gulf glimpse and some of the best sunsets Port A has to offer!
Also upstairs, is a King Bedroom with a sofa bed; this bedroom opens up to the back deck and that gulf glimpse. Down the hallway is a twin over full bunk room, and a 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is 1 full bathroom in the hallway.
To enter the downstairs area, you must go down the outdoor staircase from the back deck or front deck. The downstairs offers a kitchenette, dining area, couch, daybed with trundle, a queen size bedroom, and a bunk room with twin over full size. This hallway also offers a full bathroom.
Heading outdoors from the downstairs, you'll have a back porch patio area, which is shaded. You can enter the garage to use the washer & dryer or play some ping pong!

- Pool heat is available for an additional $100 a night, but must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
