The ground floor enjoys an enclosed patio with plenty of inviting seating, maturing fruit trees including banana, orange, lemon and grapevines, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer and a full-size fridge for additional storage space. As you climb up the stairs, you will discover a spacious open floor plan that is ideal for group gatherings with two living spaces and multiple outdoor spaces to congregate. Wind down in the inviting main living room and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming services to keep you entertained. The modern, open kitchen is a chef's paradise with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up tasty treats and memorable homemade meals for the crew. The wrap-around deck provides you with a fantastic spot to dine alfresco and enjoy the refreshing breeze. The second living area is located on the upper loft, offering a great spot to unwind, read books, and rest. There are two bedrooms on each level.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
