Welcome to Pirate's Lair in well-known Pirate's Bay community in Port Aransas! This 3BR,2BA condo sleeps 8 comfortably in one of our fave floor plans, and comes well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a great beach vacation. Pirate's Lair is located right next to the main pool and playscape at Pirate's Bay, well-known for its great location and pools. Right off Hwy 361 In Port A, you are about 6 blocks to beach and a few blocks to shopping, dining, live music and entertaining! COPASTR: 514-290
Whether you come into Port A by bridge or by ferry, the location at Pirate's Lair in Pirate's Bay in Port Aransas is hard to beat. Being right off of Hwy 361, you are close to everything, yet tucked away perfectly to enjoy the community amenities of 2 beautiful pools, a playscape, and an amazing sunset that is unforgettable! You will be just 2-3 blocks from restaurants, convenience stores, shopping boutiques, beach rentals, bars, entertainment, and most everything Port A has to offer.
There are 2 assigned parking spots for Pirate's Lair directly in front of the condo and gate. There are limited visitor parking spots for all of the condos in this community.
Going through the gate at Pirate's Lair, you are welcomed with a private breezeway, equipped with outdoor dining space with party lights and a pool view! And, an outdoor shower for rinsing off the beach sand.
Pirate's Lair offers an oversized living area with a sofa and loveseat, side chair and large TV. This area is perfect for relaxing after a fun day of beaching or fishing!
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, serving, prepping, and eating supplies and utensils! We've tried to think of everything you'll need to feed your family well while at Pirate's Lair! The kitchen is open to the living and dining space, and bar seating.
Pirate's Lair has a great floor plan with 1 King Bedroom, 2 Queen Bedrooms and a hallway twin over twin bunk area, along with 2 full bathrooms.
A full-size washer and dryer are for guest use. We don't recommend ironing on vacation but if you need to, there is also an ironing board and iron in the laundry room area.

- Please be aware that this home is not accessible by golf cart. Golf carts cannot be delivered or rented at this property.
- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
