The top-floor kitchen is a cook's dream, featuring a 5-burner stove, Ninja blender, Keurig, air fryer, waffle maker, carousel rotisserie, and seating for 12+. The kitchen also boasts a commercial-grade ice machine, perfect for keeping drinks cold and entertaining in style. With a wide array of cooking appliances, including a crockpot, a toaster oven, and a 20-cup coffee maker, this kitchen has everything you need for memorable meals and gatherings.

The living area on the 3rd floor offers a 75" LG TV, Bluetooth audio system, and a custom-painted surfboard by the late John Olvey.
