Located one block away from Laguna Madre Bay, enjoy your coffee and a sunrise walk on the beach just outside your door. Venture out further to Padre or Mustang Island where you might hunt for seashells or be wildlife explorers for the day. The breathtaking coastal ecosystems of Corpus Christi Bay and the nearby wildlife refuge will surely be a highlight of your trip.

After a day of beach adventures, rest in the quiet, beautiful interior of this home or grill up a home-cooked meal on the spacious deck area. The well-equipped kitchen with bar seating is the perfect spot to gather and indulge. The vintage decor adds to the coastal atmosphere as you snuggle up in the large living area to stream your favorite movies, have a family game night, or feel as though you’ve been transported to a lagoon while you slumber.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
