The Space:
THE UNIT
With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this recently remodeled unit will meet all your needs. The spacious, comfortable living area opens into a fully-equipped, gourmet style kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.
After a fun day at the beach or either of the pools, rinse off in the private outdoor shower and relax under the fans in your private outdoor patio space while breathing in the fresh coastal air. Or watch the kids play on the outdoor playscape.
Sleep in paradise in one of our three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king size bed and an en-suite master bath. The elegant master bath features two granite vanities with vessel sinks along with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, and a third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The second bath features a granite countertop with double sinks. Cuddle up on the bed or sofa to watch a movie in the evening on one of our four flat screen TVs. Sofa bed in living room is Queen sized.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.

Getting Around:
This property is not zoned for golf carts.
Other Things to Note:
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won't need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy.
INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 6 in Port Aransas. We are open 9 - 5 Monday - Sat and 10 - 3 on Sunday.
