This casual condo is definitely a great spot to hang up your beach towel at night. Kick back in the bedroom set right near the front door and enjoy a show on the mounted TV. Younger guests will enjoy relaxing in the hallway bunk beds just across from the bedroom. The full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is just down the hall. Enjoy a meal together at the dining table, or take in a show together on this room's mounted TV from the couch. The kitchen space is close by, and you'll love the black granite countertops, built-in wine rack, and small helpful dishwasher. The fridge is set next to the dining room table and can hold all your snacks and restaurant leftovers. Two guests can enjoy coffee at the small breakfast bar. When you're ready to head out, enjoy a dip in the shared hot tub and heated pool whenever the mood strikes!

The building needs a lot of work. The room is small but was clean. When we got there the air didn't work and the blinds on the outside window in our bedroom had 5-6 slats missing, people could look in. We called and they had the air fixed within 2 days. They measured for some new blinds, but they never came back, didn't call.? The patio didn't make us feel safe being out on it, floor seemed to have soft spots in it. The patio furniture was not very nice. The parking lot had a lot of pot holes. A lot of construction/repair going on. The area we thought was great, good beach walk, close to museum, aquarium, couple of good restaurants. We walked to the channel and watched the barges/ocean tankers come in/out.

Overall good experience. Leak in bathroom ceiling, called property and got hung up on 3 times before an answer and resolution. Construction was not impeding our stay, but it is a lot.

We weren't told during the booking process that all the elevators did not work and we are in our 70s and they put us on the 3rd floor.

Check in was awful, but the stay was okay.
Check in for us was awful. They called and said there was a 15 minute delay with the room, which was totally fine. We waited 20 minutes to give them extra time, and when we walked in the laundry wasn’t done, trash wasn’t taken out, and the place hadn’t been swept. When I called they took another 30 minutes to get back to me about the room, so we didn’t actually get to bring our stuff up till almost a hour past when check in was supposed to be. After we finally was able to get into the room, it was fine.

Getting to the property was hard, due to road construction. Check in process was t clear in directions. There is a “lobby”. That’s where you will receive your welcome packet. The elevator in our building was out and unit is in 3rd floor. 2 flights per floor. My sister has a bad knee and this was very tough for her. There was a stoop right before the stairwell where my sister tripped and fell into the stairwell and hurt herself. The stoop was not painted and hard to see. When we got to the third floor, the walkway had broken foundation and was very slanted. It felt very unsafe. We entered the room and it smelled like moth balls, mist and mildew. The balcony also felt unsafe. My sister when to take a shower and the towel she used had something splattered on it. We took a picture of it. After that, we took showers at a family members house we were visiting. Too many things went wrong. They really need to work on the building.

Quiet location!
This property was very reasonable. We enjoyed the quiet location and very beach accessible. We walked to the USS Lexington and Blackbeards (restaurant). Recommend both experiences!

Convenient Economical Option
The location is great in terms of being close to points of interest. You can't beat how close to the beach you are. This property is decent if you are on a tight budget and are more interested in being centrally located than if you plan on relaxing in your accommodations. We didn't hang out in the space very much, which is good because it isn't really set up for that. If you need a place close to everything where you just want to sleep and drop your stuff, this place is a good option.

Clean, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We were here for kids soccer tournament and the pool was Great to cool them off after being in the Texas heat. Check in was easy but it could be a bit earlier, we weren’t even allowed to be in pool while we waited to check in. Other than that our stay was great!

Everything about this property was amazing.. Only flaws is the bedding way too many sheets and the I guess like a plastic sheet was just way to much bed very very firm and the wifi kept losing signal and the cable only works in one room .. Other then that We will definitely be coming back .. Thank you 😊

Nice location, close to all the action. However the WiFi didn’t work, nor did the tv in the bedroom. Which is kind of a big deal. Otherwise beautiful condo and nice water view.

Great place to stay! Just a few hiccups!
The room was very clean and accommodating. I have two older children who fit in the bunk beds with no problems. There were not enough kitchen utensils, but we made it work. We brought a lot of food to grill but didn’t have charcoal to use the grills (Better planning on our part next time). The Aquarium, Lexington, Black beards restaurant, and Yo Philly restaurant are all with in walking distance and a must to visit. For sure rent a blue duck scooter they were so much fun. The gulf has moon jelly fish in it, so don’t be surprised when you get stung. However, they just sting a little and go away. Overall we had a great time, we would absolutely rent this place again!!!

This property was clean, modern look, and amazing location! We loved our stay here but had a hard time communicating with the management. They were very unhelpful or understanding. It felt like more like a hotel manager because they are so big. It was not that homey feel and they were not flexible at all. We needed to stay another night at the end of our booking and they were going to make it twice as expensive as any other night when no one else would have been able to book that day except for us. Which I think the homeowner would have understood but the property manager did not. I also think I left my jacket there in the bedding and just to tell me if I did or not they said they would charge me $25?!? I was still in the area and would’ve looked myself if I could. We loved the property but the management made it a more stressful and unwelcome stay

My husband and I took a semi last minute trip with our 4 year old and 1 year old to the aquarium and USS Lexington. This condo was really cute, convenient, and comfortable for our little family! It was nice to just take a short walk to the beach for them to play and so nice to be so close to aquarium and Lexington!

The Complex Needs Repairs ASAP! Room was nice.
The unit itself was nice and clean, but I could tell it was just remodeled by the new wood smell, empty paint can & small metal slivers under the kids bunk bed storage space, bed sheets and blankets just thrown on the floor in the bedroom closet and also the pots and pans and kitchen cleaning supplies just thrown in on the sink cabinet floor. When I say thrown, I mean in a pile, just there. The unit was very nice, but I feel renting it was rushed and not checked over one last time by maintenance or housekeeping before the rent. The wicker loveseat was nice. I only wish a sofa was in the living area. It was uncomfortable for 2 adults to lounge together and watch TV. Big turnoff was the complex itself. The moment we got there (at night), we saw water gushing from a pipe onto a parking lot. Not enough lighting. Looked scary. ALL the parking lots on all 3 units do not have ceilings, only exposed pipes. During the day, we walked the balcony's, they were ALL uneven and had huge cracks all throughout the 3rd and 2nd and 1st floors. Where there wasn't concrete, there was plywood that creaked as you walked the balcony's. I am talking about the outside balcony not corridors. The corridors seemed even, but still had wear and tear cracks. The stucco on the walls were all patch jobs. The elevator was broke, so we had to use the stairs the whole time. The water was shut off most of the day on Saturday with no notice and all of the ceilings in the hallways have exposed wires. I went with an open mind about the repairs due to the devastating storms and to possibly purchase a unit there. That's why we walked the property. I had so much wanted to purchase a unit here. Overall in my opinion, the complex is not ready to be opened completely unless you are anticipating the "under construction" chaos. I would of considered the wait on the repairs and purchased a unit, but I don't see how they will repair the balcony's though. I would say, have an open mind, check in during the day and you may get used to the complex.
