The lounge boasts a large window that enhances the look-through aspect, providing a stunning view of your surroundings. For additional guests, a new luxury sofa bed in the main living area offers extra sleeping space.

Outside, a new platform in the westerly aspect of the bush awaits, hosting a plumbed-in beautiful outdoor bath, adding a touch of luxury to your escape. You'll also find captivating "garden art" in the form of four red light steel chairs set on a base with resin. These are nestled among the bottle brushes, offering a unique and tranquil outdoor space.

Step out onto the open veranda, cleverly enclosed with drop-down screens to protect you from the elements. Here, you'll discover a convenient BBQ and two-burner gas hobs, ideal for outdoor culinary adventures.

Set amidst lush bush, and with the large lounge window providing breathtaking views across Whangapoua harbour, Matarangi, and out to the Mercury Islands, this location allows you to disconnect from the modern world while enjoying all the homely comforts.

Just 4-minutes away, you'll find Whangapoua's stunning white sandy beach and a store to restock the essentials. You can also embark on a picturesque walk to New Chums Beach or take a 9-minute drive to Matarangi. For a broader array of dining, shopping, and attractions, Coromandel town is a scenic 20-minute drive away, home to restaurants and the captivating Driving Creek Railway.
