Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event allowing up to 25 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Great place to stay for big group gatherings
Had a ton of space for people to roam around and go about their day. The hot tub, pool, and pool table were some of our favorite things about the place. The property was very clean when we arrived. Towels were provided for every bed. All beds except the bunk beds were made upon arrival. It is super close to the beach access and off of the main road. There is a cute little shopping center with some restaurants about 5-10 minutes down the street by car. Two grocery stores and the ABC store are a bit further down the street (10-15 minutes). A few things to take note on is: - The driveway has a massive bump at the beginning of it so if possible drive an SUV or truck here unless you want to scratch the underside of your car - There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. No detergent for the dishwasher. No dish soap or sponges. If you plan to use the dishes or go to the bathroom, you will need to buy these. - There were protruding nails in the deck. We did have the unfortunate event that they were stepped on. Overall, we loved our stay here and hope to rebook in the future (hopefully make this a yearly thing). I will be recommending this place to friends and family. It was very memorable. Highly recommend if you are going with a big group of people to book here for your vacation.

Dated and desperately need of cleaning
Starting with the positives: great location, pool and hot tub clean and very fun, decent space and loved dining in the sun room for our meals. The kitchen is generally adequate, fridge good size and working and good counter-space. Now the negatives: The house is listed as non-smoking, but clearly, the guests before us were smokers. Whatever the protocol is to address this issue before the next party arrives is not in place or was not followed. The bottom level smelled so bad it was unusable almost the whole week (king bdrm and pool table located here). In addition to this, the house generally is so badly dated and unkempt, general items that should be easy to address simply weren't, to include missing sliding door handles, many (4+) burnt out light bulbs, over head lights not working at all (in a 15' ceiling this makes it very hard to see at night), sliding doors not opening, hornets nesting in the siding, holes in and missing siding and even without the smokers dilemma, the house just smelled. It is obvious the cleaners clean the general areas, but it appears a deep clean has been neglected for several YEARS (caked dirt on the lampshades, bugs and accumulated dirt on the window ledges, dirt visible along walls, very dirty carpets, etc.) The furniture is either broken, damaged or so cobbled together it appears the majority of it is second-hand purchase with no thought applied to a cohesive scheme. Beware this house is marketed to large-parties, "don't care about keeping a house nice, but at least it's close to the beach" audiences. That's what you're going to get.
