Top level: The open great room offers plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and the large deck offers sun and ocean breezes. The well-stocked kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area is on the top level, as well as a king bedroom with a large walk-in shower and bath, a half bath, and a fantastic screened porch, which is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon lunch, evening dinners, or cocktails!
Middle level: This level has four bedrooms. Included are a King bedroom and a Queen bedroom with full baths attached. In addition, there are two bedrooms, each with two bunk beds, that share a full bathroom. The washer and dryer are on this level. There is a deck on the back that overlooks the pool and is the perfect place to have your morning coffee or to watch the sunset.
Bottom level: The Lower level offers parking and a 12x24 private pool, along with a hot tub. It's the perfect place to end your day, grilling out around the pool or relaxing in the generous seating area. The game room can also be found on this level.

All of our homes are equipped with wifi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell phone service devices to provide internet access, especially if they need it for work or school.
