"We have stayed at the “Chattahoochee Charmer” for several times on our yearly trip to Helen. The river view from this home is beautiful and you can walk downtown. It snowed on our last day and was beautiful with the Christmas decorations downtown. The owners are very attentive and respond to any issues promptly. Thanks for sharing your home with us!"

"All went well. There was no pool table like the listing showed so that was disappointing. Driveway was steep so keep that in mind. We saw a bear not far from the driveway going out so that was nice. "

"The property is just as depicted in the pictures but better in person ! The location is up a mountain on dirt/gravel roads but not difficult to navigate with an SUV. It was private with neighbors all around but no one very close at all. We used the firepit in the back and the fireplace inside the home and it was wonderful.
