The waterfront property is beautiful and the common area was perfect for sitting on the swing and drinking coffee while looking over the water. "Yes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer. "

"Had a wonderful stay in peak autumn with our young kids. The cottage felt like home. I loved that the property has a beautiful view on the hill but a nice flat spot of lawn for the kids to run on at the lake. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat around the island. "My husband and I wanted to take his 79 year old mother away for a peaceful weekend. This home was beautiful and the view was amazing! Everything was great with the exception of their being too many stairs for a senior citizen. Additionally, there was not a fully stocked coffee bar, which most rentals have. Because we arrived late, we were unable to enjoy a cup of coffee the first morning there. My husband and I would definitely stay again when we are back in Michigan."

"This is a beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. This home has everything you need to have a great vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, washer and dryer also available. "We had a great time on a family vacation here. The kids loved swimming in the lake and using the paddleboards. We had some family over for the afternoons, and there was enough space to be really comfortable and social. The air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. We all had a great time!"
