"This place was spacious for our group of three ladies. Easy commute to the Expo Center in Belton, where our activities were and the restaurants in Killeen. Neighborhood was quiet. The yard has nice grass, although the morning watering made the grass very soggy. If you have a very small dog, watch the fence, as they can get out under the openings. The 4 star rating on cleanliness was given because the Property Manager needs to watch how the place is being cleaned and stocked - there were bugs...

"Did not like the fact that I paid a lot without ever staying in the old RV. It is not in liveable conditions. Stench of well water unbareable. Water pressure very low. The Owner did not work with us whatsoever. I paid for 2 wks for my family that went through tornado in Belton. I will never recommend this place. I was told I couldn't even get a partial refund. Totally bad experience."

"The house was mostly as shown in the photos. All the beds were extremely comfortable. Our teenagers and adult men loved the indoor basketball/racket ball court. Our dancer took her turn in the large room too. The pool was a disappointment. It was green and cloudy; nothing like the photos of a clear blue pool. "The couple that owns this property are too sweet. Unfortunately, the storm the night before took out the internet but Todd came over right away and tried to trouble shoot it. Despite not being successful, he kept me up to date about the situation while being respectful of my privacy and stay. He even brought over a beautiful gift to say sorry.
