"We had a fantastic weekend staying on Lake Erie in Lorain. The houseboat was just as described, perfect for our family. Being on the water for the weekend was amazing - better than we expected. The marina bath house is a fantastic benefit to the property, and we were able to use this facility in addition to the use of the restroom on the boat. The sunset, sunrise and wildlife were amazing! The ability to walk and enjoy the pier and some of the neighboring trails made our weekend perfect. I...

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed this property for our annual visit to Ohio to see my wife's family. It was very clean, everything is in cabinets for cooking and cleaning. If it is available next summer when we plan our next visit, we will definitely be staying here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this well-equipped home. The house was very clean, updated where needed and the floors are just beautiful! There were games, spare linens and a great downstairs area for larger groups. The neighborhood was so peaceful! Would we stay here again? Heck yes! This is an absolute 5, BUT there are a couple of things that should be mentioned for groups who are not family. The 2nd floor bathroom was shared by the 3 main bedrooms and the 2nd floor, while beautiful was loud - we...

"Beautiful rental within walking distance from Rockin' on the River. The place was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the rooftop deck was a huge plus. And I can't say enough about how great the host was in accommodating our needs to change dates. Thank you Carson, we had a great time and would definitely rent your place again!"

"The property is very clean and nicely maintained. The furnishings are tasteful and the beds are comfortable. The property is about 150 yards from railroad tracks, so there was some occasional noise. Otherwise, the neighborhood was fjne."

"We found this gem in Lorain to be a quiet place for the three of us to gather and restore ourselves. The gathering space is perfect for a small group with its charming fireplace and cozy atmosphere. The host was extremely accommodating to our needs. "
