"I was in town to visit my mom at the hospital. It was a great location, both close to the hospital and with lots of amenities nearby. The property itself was spotlessly clean and also very quiet, which I appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment that I needed. The mattress was a little hard but comfortable enough. "My group stayed here to ski at Winterplace one day and attend the VT women's basketball game another day. This space was perfect for a group of people where most don't need to share beds. Also, the futon is downstairs whereas the main living room is upstairs, so if someone sleeps on the futon they aren't in the main hangout area, which is great. "We loved the house. It’s near downtown so close to everything. Great coffee selection to use with the Keurig. We use to live a few streets over in the same neighborhood, so it was nice to be back in our old stomping grounds. Great price for what you get!"

"Gorgeous area, cute comfy cabin that was very well built, bucolic farmyard surroundings, friendly owners offering plenty of privacy, minutes to Floyd; it was perfect. As noted by the owners this place is for you if you’ll love being on a small family farm so of course there are chickens and goats and dogs and a horse, etc.; it’s awesome. "The Farm was just wonderful! Just as described and backed up to the woods. Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to a power outage from Winter Storm Blair but we fell in love with the place. Peter was the absolute best host! We weren’t home at the time the power went out and Peter called us directly. He went above and beyond helping us. "Very clean house- which was great! I was disappointed with the kitchen. The coffee maker leaked water and was missing a part - so it was NOT useable. The ice maker did not work and there were no trays to make ice for ourselves. The host was not as responsive as I would have liked. "
