Lake Superior right across the road from this gem, beach access and near by access to wonderful hiking, and a Nordic spa just up the road a few miles, you couldn’t ask for a better spot to spend your vacation. "The view out the back window and off the balcony are amazing! The house had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out. The sauna was a nice treat especially on the cooler fall mornings. It is about 15-20 minute drive from the nearest convenience stores and gas stations but that was never an issue for us as the owners told us this ahead of time and told us where to stop on the way in to avoid needing to head back."

"Beautiful property! Very nicely remodeled and comfortable spaces! Perfect for 3 couples color touring in the Keweenaw. Beautiful sunset and northern light views over Lake Superior. Nice touches with fresh flowers, and local treats! Will definitely be back!"

"Brockway Mountain is an incredible location with views to take the breath away. The house is situated in a uniquely beautiful spot with wonderful scenery above the trees and the lake. There is a trade-off between convenience and the incredible beauty and peace of mountain living. Visitors should be prepared for "off the grid" living; we stayed in September, and on cloudy days there was no solar power after sunset. There is a generator that adds power but it is very noisy; a quieter generator...

Our family stayed in the house for three days in October, enjoying the fall colors, learning about fishing on the lake, and rock-hounding on the nearby beaches of Lake Superior. "We loved the home, everything was beautiful, homey and convenience galore provided! Above and beyond hosts! We hope to make it back someday soon! No issues, awesome communication and anything you could need was there, so thoughtful and even left a small gift! Fantabulous stay! "
