"My family came down to Marco for our Grandfathers funeral. While normally he would set us up in separate places, some of us cousins wanted to be together. It was a great place to relax, cry, and enjoy time with family. "

"House was nice. Centrally located. Pool and grill area were used and backed up to canal for a great peaceful view."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. You can’t beat the view off the living room to the pool to the canal. The house is older so it has its quirks- old showers, old mattresses, and laundry in the garage. But it is super kid friendly. Our girls loved the toys in the garage! We loved being close to Isle of Capri. We stayed for 2 weeks and were done with the beds but they are doable. The kitchen is well stocked but if you want to cook at home just bring a good knife. bring your blender if you do...

"Beautiful remolded home ! We enjoyed the house very much making our stay in Marco fantastic. We felt right at home enjoying the docks and pool. Loved the location making it easy to explore the island. The home owner was very responsive and kind, we will certainly stay at the house again!"

"Nice, clean home! They do need to update the listing as this is NOT a 4 bedroom, only 3 total. No instructions on how to turn the pool on which led to chilly water and no swimming during our stay. Our fault though for not reaching out to the property management company to find out how. House is a tiny bit dated but VERY clean. Would recommend."

Most screens had holes in them, so fresh air - especially in the evening when the mosquitoes were thick - was not an option. Not an issue in the summer, when AC 24/7 is the norm. But...

"What a lovely little place Everglade city was. Everyone knew each other in the town and they all welcomed us everywhere we went . The room was basic, but clean and comfortable and the shop , restaurants etc were all a short walk away. Made a lovely addition to our Florida road trip we are on ."
