"My husband and I rented the lowest part of this house last minute for the king tides. It was extremely clean and cozy when we arrived. "Top notch, right on the water. Just like new, we felt we were the first guest staying there Quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do in the area. "My family and I loved Lou’s! The views and gardens are spectacular! It was in a perfect location. Everything you could possibly want to visit is very close by. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect size. The view from the front living area was beautiful! Kitchen was a very nice size with eat in room and all amenities you could need. One of my favorite spaces was the back living area. It was huge, bright and oh so comfy! We truly hope to visit again!"

"The location of this property is superb…walking distance from all the stacks on the Bandon beach. Low tide beach and ocean floor walking is beyond thrilling. Exceptional location. The unit itself could use some TLC. Sparse furniture and many walls without pictures. A lot could be done to improve this unit so I would only give it a “it gets you by” grade. But as they say with real estate, location location location…and this place certainly has that!"
