Lazy River Retreat

What an amazing find on the lake!!!
Water frontage and access to Falling Water River. You can enjoy fishing or relax and enjoy the river and mountain views.
Enjoy this 3 Bd 2 Ba home with sunroom. A fire pit, a hot tub, washer and dryer, iron /ironing board, high speed internet, an office, and a fully stocked kitchen.
This home is located 1 mile outside Cookeville city, and Interstate-40. 3-D tour available - See you soon. Small pets allowed (20 pounds or under) - $50 per animal per trip.

Beautiful property. The neighborhood was quite. We lived eating breakfast in the sunroom and watching the wildlife in the backyard. We will stay there again.

What a cozy and comfortable gem on the river! An absolute home away from home with all the essentials and charm. The place was spotless and perfect to spend time with other family members from out of town. Bill and Vicky are wonderful hosts, providing such a lovely place for others to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Home Away from Home!
We loved this place! It felt like home.Very clean and beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen. We were in town for a wedding at Lane's Bend. Great location.

Very pleasant stay in Cookeville
We are looking forward to staying here again! Our family found it clean, cozy, and relaxing. Great location. The river, the hot tub, and the water pressure were standouts. My husband even went to Lowe’s to buy the same shower head for our home.

This house is absolutely beautiful! The Beds are comfortable and the surrounding area is very quiet. There is a lovely river in the back of the property. Such a nice outside space for entertaining!

Pictures Don’t Do it Justice
Lazy River Retreat was the perfect escape for our family vacation! We loved being close to all the hiking trails, waterfalls, and outdoor adventures. The house itself was so well-equipped, it had everything we needed to feel right at home. We spent mornings watching wildlife from the back porch, which was amazing. The kitchen was great for cooking meals together, and the beds were super comfy – especially important after long days exploring. We all came back feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Really a nice place to stay in cookeville
We did have to call the manager twice to get our code to get in, and it seemed she was very busy or something. the property was clean inside but really needed a good sweeping for spiders and cobwebs outside. but over all it is a nice property to stay at. the location weas easy to get around from and the area of the house was really nice, quiet, and we loved the back yard with the deer, ducks, and other local wildlife.

Wonderful and Peaceful
Wow! Great hospitality and what a great location. Our grandsons loved the stream/creek in the back and enjoyed every minute of our spring break. Very clean! The home was very warm and inviting. Had great scenery and all views were impeccable. Will rent again without a shadow of a doubt.

Our stay was superb. Everything that was listed and more. The extra touches from the owners just put icing on the cake. The view was serene and perfect for a day of relaxing. Beautiful property
Stayed for a week at this beautiful property and fell in Love with it! It was so clean and neat inside like what you would see in a magazine! The property owners were amazing, and helped when we had a small issue with the lock for the lock box. Everything was perfect! I would 100% rent again. Highly recommend staying at this lovely home!

Family vacation
Home was beautiful! Had everything we needed and then some. We went to a lot of nature parks in the area and then would come back and shower then get in hot tub! We did not want to leave. Also friendly and good communication with host.
