Superior Apartment within the walls of the stunning World Heritage Site of Conwy

Delightful, tastefully furnished apartment, centrally positioned within the walls of the Unesco World Heritage Site of Conwy. The building is Grade 2 listed in common with many properties within the walls

The accommodation is situated above the business 'Luther & Co' with it's range of gorgeous gifts and eclectic one offs .The first floor consists of a very attractive and comfortable lounge with large bay window, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, free unlimited wi-fi, pebble flame effect electric fire and leather settees with reclining seats.

On the same floor you will find the kitchen diner with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and many other appliances that you'd expect to find in a well equipped kitchen. Also included is all the cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils you're likely to need.

On the second floor is a large well lit bathroom with bath and separate corner shower plus two heated towel rails. Towels,toiletries and bath mats are provided.

The spacious bedroom has mirror front wardrobes giving ample shelf, drawer and hanging space. The super king sized bed has a deep pocket sprung mattress, all bedding and extra pillows are provided.This room also has a flat screen TV.
A single folding bed complete with sleeping bag, pillow and liner.. Please speak to Jean or Keith.

Despite being situated on the main street the apartment is exceptionally quiet due secondary glazing and the thickness of 200 year old walls!

Aberconwy House, built in the 14th century and now in the care of the National Trust, is 2 doors down whilst Plas Mawr, an Elizabethan Town House built in the 16th century is 80 metres away and clearly visible from the large bay window. The picturesque harbour and quayside is just a 30 second stroll. Visible from the rear of the property is our stunning castle built by Edward 1st between 1283 and 1289.
The town has many quality restaurants, pubs, coffee houses and shops all nearby.

With an Intercity railway station having links to London and Holyhead only minutes away and a National and good local bus service running frequently to LLandudno and other nearby places of interest Conwy is an excellent location for non drivers.

The Snowdonia National Park boundary is just 2 miles away and offers a huge range of outdoor activities including the recently opened Surf Snowdonia (7 miles) and Europe's Longest Zip Wire ride at Bethesda ( 20 mins drive). There are no fewer than 5 golf courses within 5 miles including Conwy's Championship Links Course. The world famous Bodnant Gardens ( National Trust) are just 15 minutes away and should not be missed. There really is so much to see and do within a few miles of Conwy.

Parking.c
Parking in Conwy is not a problem, but in common with 95% of domestic properties within the town walls of this world heritage site (est. 1284) we are unable to offer private parking.
Parking in the main street (ie outside the property) is restricted to 1 hour daytime but unrestricted 6pm to 9am.Parking in side streets at any time is totally unrestricted and free.
However overnight parking in any of the car parks (5 mins walk) is just 60p (6pm to 9am).
As we like to welcome our guests personally we will be here to give you the keys on your arrival

This was a perfect choice! We loved everything about it and wanted to stay another week if we hadn't planned to leave on the ferry. The cleanliness and home-like welcoming feeling really impressed us, as well as the excellent location, view and comfortable bed and furnishings. If you're planning on staying in Conwy, this is the perfect place! My partner and I stayed here for a few nights and it was terrific. This inside is super cute and clean, and it's quite literally in the center of the adorable downtown. You could see Conwy Castle out of the window! Jean even went so far as to walk us from the train station to the apartment and she gave us great recommendations for restaurants and bakeries. There was tea, coffee, and wine waiting for us inside—so sweet. Great experience overall. We felt so welcomed our first time in Wales!

Superb spot to stay, we couldn't fault the property it had everything that you would need while away from home. We would definitely stay there again as it suited or needs in every way. Fifteen minute drive from zip world.

Loved the property very much hosts very amiable couldn't do anymore for us and friendly. Location perfect Didn't like paying in US dollars despite asking via and phone calls to pay sterling as its uk destination charged transfer fees by my bank twice. Lessons learnt.

Everything was perfect!
The location on high street could not be better and it is a short and easy walk to the car park. You can unload at the front door and proceed to park. The apartment was lovely; fully equipped and spotless.. the bed was super comfortable and for my fellow Americans, it had a top sheet :-). Jean is a perfect host and met us at the front door. There are two flights of stairs; one to main area and another to bed and bath, but unless you have issues with stairs, it’s not a problem. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone Coming to the area!

This place is a rare gem. My husband and I travel 4 months out of the year, and we we usually stay for a month in each country. This time it was the U.K. After London, Bath, Cotswold it was Conwy. We've stayed in nice hotels, Apartels and airbnbs, but this place was truely great. The place itself is immaculate, clean and decorated with warmth and great taste. It's in the heart of the city center and there's a supermarket just steps away and it has easy and convienent parking. The area felt safe with plenty of eating options. If I ever return to Conwy, there no other place I would stay, I would also send anyone I know that's headed this way to this place and this place only.

Superb apartment in wonderful location
My husband and I have just returned from four nights in this wonderful apartment. Keith and Jean met us an hour earlier than we had first planned, securing a parking space for us right outside the property. We unloaded the car before moving it to a car park a few minutes walk away. We paid £6 for 24 hours on the App and left the car there for the majority of our stay. The apartment is beautifully furnished, warm and cosy, with all the little extras that are so often lacking in holiday properties. I think Jean and Keith have thought of everything. The rooms are spacious and the bed super comfortable. Being in the heart of Conwy you have numerous eating places on your doorstep. Jalsa Indian is well worth a visit (take your own alcohol), but you’ll likely have to book. LS Coffee a couple of doors down offers superb lunchtime options. We visited Conwy Castle, took the train to Llandudno and the tram up the Great Orme. We also visited South Stacks Lighthouse at Holyhead. So much more to do in North Wales, we will definitely need to visit again.

Great property, excellent position in Conwy, five to ten minute walk to the car parking. Two flights of stairs to the bathroom and bathroom a bit challenging for those with ambulation issues but otherwise an extremely comfortable property and value for money.

A great find! Spacious, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a fabulous location in the centre of Conwy, just metres away from the quayside. Excellent communications from the owners who kindly also met us from the train station at the start of our stay. The local buses and trains were perfect for exploring the region - we didn't miss our car for a moment.

Lovely Conway apartment
This apartment is superb. Very well equipped and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Jean and Keith kindly met us so we could park outside to unload. Then used local car park… can pay online, car stayed there for our entire trip. We used the local buses and trains. The location is great for exploring the town and walking on the coast path . We would highly recommend.

Jean and Keith were absolutely wonderful hosts. Their apartment was in the perfect location. Steps away from shops and restaurants. Walking distance to Conwy Castle and train/bus stations. Very comfortable and cozy apartment stocked with everything a traveler needs. So happy we found this place. Highly recommended.
