"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

"The apartment was very comfortable. All bedrooms had blackout shutters, which was very nice. Lovely balcony with a pretty view of the towns rooftops and the water in the distance. We had a car so we didn’t use the bus system too much but there is a stop literally right outside the building that will take you all over the city. "We hebben het erg naar de zin gehad in het appartement, het is erg ruim. Er is wel enig onderhoud nodig vanwege klemmende deuren en de houten vloer die op sommige plekken omhoog komt vanwege vocht. Ook viel het ons tegen dat het aanwezige zonnescherm op het balkon kapot was waardoor we vanwege de felle zon en hitte een groot deel van de dag niet buiten konden zitten."
