Not Clean

The photos looked great, but this place was not clean. The master bathroom tub and shower were stained, so uninviting, and this is an understatement. The "clear" shower curtain was filthy. The closetvto hang clothes was in the master bath but shelving and all kinds of things were in there. Including old, syained pillows. And shelving installed under the hanging rods in the closet left no room to hang dresses or my gown for my son's wedding. My clothes would hang on bedsheets that were stored there. The mirror in the master bath was not hung, so you had to duck down to see yourself. I took my shower in the other bathroom. But paint was peeling off the ceiling there. In the master bedroom dresser were unfolded mattress covers shoved in the drawers. They looked used, it felt disgusting, so I chose to keep my clothes in my suitcase for 5 days. The bedsheets and pillow cases did not feel fresh. We contemplated washing them but didn't have time, it was a wedding weekend. The refrigerator had spills and food remains I had to wash a bin (the other I couldn't pull out.) And wipe down shelves So I would feel comfortable putting my food in there. Kitchen counter and sink felt like they were not washed or wiped down. Very uncomfortable and disappointing.

A Wooded Escape

5/5 Stars This property was the perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. The house itself was immaculate and had every amenity we could possibly think of - we didn't need to worry about bringing a thing. Check-in was a breeze, which was much appreciated after a long drive. The location was ideal; nestled in a beautiful wooded area that truly gave it that "away from it all" vacation feel. We loved spending mornings on the deck with our coffee, enjoying the peace and quiet. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful

The only issue we had was the door code did not work , but the management company responded immediately, got right in after that . I found this cozy cottage to be very clean, very warm and quiet. It was exactly as described, maybe even better! Loved it

Parking was Horrible

There was old ceiling leaks damage in the front room and both bathrooms. Master bathroom wall paper is pealing off the wall. There was only 2 wash clothes in the place. I bought 2 more wash clothes and left them there. There was only 1 dish towel in the place and it smelled like it had been baked it grease. I could say more.

Be careful

The unit was very nice and the location was great. If you bring a gaming device we where unable to get it to connect and I could not reach the contact we where given in the email we received.

Unpleasant stay

This townhome was anything but cozy. First day there, we found roaches coming out of cabinets where clean towels were put and dust all over the glasses. Washer was dirty also. This was our only bad experience with a place we rented. We were told that there was nothing they could do about the roaches that they are part of nature. We did not pay for a camping trip. Would definitely not recommend staying here.

Good Location for Stay in the Woodlands

My family stayed here for a Thanksgiving week soccer tournament in The Woodlands and enjoyed it. The location is close to shopping, restaurants, the freeway, and the fields where the games are played.

quiet getaway

It was a nice place to just get away alone and enjoy the quiet time in this tucked away place amidst the trees of the Woodlands. It was also close enough to get to shopping and restaurants quickly and back. Enjoyed the solitude.

Nice quiet location

Nice location. Very quiet. Nice amenities but there is a flight of stairs which made carrying stroller a little difficult. Lots of good restaurants nearby and plenty of room for baby to feel comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Looks are deceiving

After a traffic filled drive I got there late only to have the code not work. Thankfully owner was there and gave us the old code. Beds were dated and duvets old. Neither had the matching pillow cases. Had to put pillow cases on stored pillows. While doing a load of delicates I opened the dryer to find damp smelly sheets. I REDID THE SHEETS because owner wanted me to just throw them in a corner. Porch was uninviting and did not resemble the profile picture. Packing tape on guest room vents. My daughter came and stayed 3 nights and she said bed was uncomfortable. My master bed was comfortable. Owner offered to pay me back some because of the sheet episode. I was not going to accept it but now I feel she should.

Not a lot of great things to say about this rental unfortunately. There were dirty sheets on the bed when we arrived, an extremely moldy shower curtain and shower in master bedroom, paint chips falling off the ceiling in bathrooms, uncomfortable couch and dining table, one of the two locks on front door did not work. The place did not feel very safe. The kitchen looked as if it had been recently updated, so that was ok. The condo manager did not seem very helpful and was dismissive of our concerns. Overall, we did not feel comfortable staying here and don’t feel the other reviews matched what we experienced.
