As Conover's former town hall, you’ll find a space that’s utterly unique yet fully updated. The renovated space features hardwood floors, exposed beams, soaring ceilings, and a fully open floor plan, perfect for gathering. Step into the sleek, full kitchen to whip up mealtime masterpieces, then sit down to dine together at one of several tables or the kitchen island. Comfortable couches beckon at the end of a day on the trails, or head downstairs for a game of air hockey or shuffleboard.

Character and charm combine at this darling downtown Conover home, located right on the snowmobile and ATV trails. Bring your own or rent one nearby to enjoy four seasons of Northwoods fun, or spend your days hiking, mountain biking, or fishing at nearby North Twin Lake. All the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Eagle River are about 10 miles away.

A TV and free WiFi round out the indoor entertainment options, but if the weather cooperates, spend the evening out on the patio, grilling up the day’s catch. Central AC and two sets of washer/dryers round out the vacation amenities. At the end of the day, four cozy bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep - another idyllic Northwoods day starts tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
