"The property is one in a million. Every time I come here I’m welcomed with open arms. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable of everything under the sun, and let’s not talk about on how the rooms are amazingly beautiful. Every-time I’m in Philadelphia this is my only go to hotel."
"I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "
"The property was very responsive with communication. I had no issues at all. I walked the area and into the city and back every day. Mind your surroundings, as always, but I loved the property. I would stay here again alone or with a significant other. "
"I was nervous prior to arrival as I know this area can be trouble. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the neighborhood is gentrifying.
I felt safe and the building had every safety precautions. Cameras at the entrance and inside. (Not in the rooms). To get to my room I had three doors each with a unique PIN code.
The building was bright, modern and welcoming as well as very clean. The building is broken into pods with what seems to be two private rooms sharing a kitchen area....
"This hidden gem is such a beautiful boutique hotel! The pool is such a vibe! It was my favorite part of the hotel! Felt like I was in Italy! The hotel smelled amazing! The service was great! We had the shrimp cocktail, a burger and fries and it was sooo good! Best burger I had in a while! Aperol spritz was the drink of choice. The room was so charming! Santal products in the bathroom. Chefs kiss! Cannot wait to return! "
"The property is super clean super easy to find super easy to access! We had a wonderful day. The unit is very spacious as well! 05 stars across the board except one issue they say the rooms are soundproof, but the train was right next to our windows and it is super super loud!! Other than that great stay!"

"The room was so much more spacious than we expected. It was clean and quiet and the hosts provided some nice staples for their guests. Getting in and out was very easy because of the stellar communication, and we had a very easy walk to the venue we werw going to, as advertised. Very happy with our stay, thank you!"
"My only complain would be that check in was a bit confusing and bc of roadworks it was a bit difficult to enter the property. Otherwise it was fantastic and will stay here again if I come back to Philly! "
"ROOST East Market is an excellent property. The apartment that I booked was a corner unit with amazing views. The unit was well-appointed in a modern, minimalist style with plenty of closets, a huge bathroom, a cool living room that featured those views and a nice bedroom. I was on the 6th floor so there is some street noise but it's relative to the time of day and worth it considering the views and location. The staff was friendly and very helpful! I would definitely stay at this property...

"Fantástico. Atendimento, localização, conforto, no hall principal tem máquina de café, chá disponível dia e noite. Bebedouro com refil (garrafa) água potável em cada andar.
Os quartos possuem escrivaninha para trabalho, cafeteira com cápsulas disponíveis nos quartos, cama super confortável e todos “amenites” necessários no banheiro a disposição.
Próximo a todo tipo de comércio, metrô e atração turística. "
"Hotel novo e lindo! Foi uma excelente estadia. Os staffs foram simpaticos e guardaram nossas malas ate o horario do trem. O quarto é pequeno mas muito funcional! Moderno e aconchegante. A regiao onde esta o hotel é a melhor, da pra fazer tudo a pé, alem de ficar perto de mercados e farmacias. Eles nao oferecem cafe da manha, mas o cafe que tem no lobby é otimo."
