"Absolutely perfect little home to just get away and enjoy the sights of Norway! Was originally supposed to be just me but I ended up making some friends at the hostel I stayed at in Oslo so they tagged along on the drive with me. Totally forgot to change the reservation on the way there but Ragnar was more than welcoming when we arrived!! When we got there he gave me the run down of things in great detail which was very helpful and even had a little gift for us! I wish I could keep this little...

"A nice old house with enough space for us to stay. The house is old, but has everything you need to stay (although the washing machine is old, small and has low spinning so it takes some time to dry) and the wifi is poor. Lot's of opportunities for hiking in the area, and also to go with the ferry to the other side. The house is in Ortnevik (we thought it was in Bjordal) at the end of a road. Joar is a very friendly and helpfull guy, and is easy to reach. We recommend this house for a stay."

"We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Contact with the owner was very pleasant and he responded quickly everytime. The cabin was more spacious than we expected from the photos and everything you could think of was present in the house. The views were stunning."

"We hebben genoten van de schone en praktisch ingerichte vakantiewoning. Het uitzicht is onovertroffen en er zijn veel mooie en interessante (dag-) tochten te maken zoals de Nigardsbreengletsjer, de panoramaweg Sogndalsfjellet, maar ook de wandelingen naar Vardaheii enStorehaugen/ Storehogen is zeker de moeite waard. Op loopafstand is de veerboot naar Gudvangen of naar Flam, waar je een spectaculaire treintocht kan maken. Goede supermarkt dichtbij in Kaupanger. Zeker de moeite waard voor een...
