Mr Cameron is a great host and has put a lot of work in this house. There is a nice restaurant/Cafe right around the corner (The only one in the area). Nearest Supermarket is a 10 Min drive, and there are two more another 10 mins away. You can swim, explore the area by boat or on foot or just relax and enjoy quiet...

"Sigurd’s home is absolutely lovely. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with a wonderful view. But more importantly, the house is spotless and equipped with everything you need to have a home away from home. We hated leaving. And he responded to any needs we had right away. We loved walking to see the animals up the road and sitting out back watching the water. Definitely a 10/10!! A few notes: If you want dinner or drinks at the hotel up the road, call to see if you can reserve a table as they typically only serve hotel guests. "This is a great apartment in Bergen. Very convenient yet very quiet. My biggest complaint is the website says there is a clothes dryer. THERE IS NOT A CLOTHES DRYER IN THE APARTMENT!!! We thought there was a washer/dryer combination but it turned out to only be a washer. No directions were available in English but we googled the model and found directions online. We would not have stayed here if we had known there wasn't a dryer in the apartment but we managed. Ever dry clothes with a hair...

"We have been to the cabin in Vallavik for a week at the end of August and enjoyed it a lot. It is a perfect place for excursions and hikes around the hardanger fjord. The view on the fjord and the bridge is really great."
