AND, it was in a great location to walk around the harbor and quaint village strip of Digby. They were also super flexible when we had to change our plans due to a cancelled ferry and switched our stay from the end of the trip to the beginning, so I give them extra stars for staff and service. "Not alot of options in Digby for overnight accomodations, however The Admiral Inn has been our go to on our trip to Digby. Room was clean, quiet with a balcony to sit out on. We checked in a little later in the evening with a reservation and it was fast and efficient. Will be back."

"Overlook ferrying or woods. Dirt road hike to lighthouse to watch whales go by. Hike to only corner store or whale watching tours. No pool or swim facilities. Not busy end of Oct. 2 couples given very small balconies. King Rooms have basics, table, mini fridge. Very pricey. Outside access. "
